Payments & Refund Policy
Payments: We require a 50% deposit when booking your appointment which will go towards your total price for services rendered. Additional add-ons, as well as the balance due, can be paid on the day of service.

PayPal: @shineDR.
*Cash also accepted.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a fee equal to the 50% deposit amount.
Transaction Fees:
Venmo Refund Policy: a fee of 1.9% + $0.10 cents will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with Venmo. This fee is charged by Venmo.
PayPal Refund Policy: a fee of 3.49% + $0.49 cents will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with PayPal. This fee is charged by PayPal.
Stripe Refund Policy: a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with Stripe. This fee is charged by Stripe.
The following services are not included with the Express Package:
INTERIOR
. Stain removal on cloth seats, leather seats and carpet (including food, liquids, markers, etc.)
. Gum
. Odor removal
. Stain of sand on the carpet
EXTERIOR:
. Tree sap
. Wheel stains
. Paint oxidation
. Scratches
. Asphalt removal
If time is permitted, we are very happy to update your package to Silver or Gold on the day of your appointment to include the above services.
we do not issue refunds once service is complete. if a customer reaches out with any issues within 24 hours after work is completed, we are more than happy to discuss the situation and take steps necessary to resolve the issue.
Rain Checks: As we are a mobile detailing service, we cannot control the natural elements. If the weather does not permit us to perform our service on the scheduled service day and time, the service will be rescheduled to the next available date that works best for the customer. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the service needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
